  3. Great building and I agree these units are rare and often lovely. My personal preference would be to buy a higher floor unit where I could see the lake, but that’s not everyone’s kettle of fish. This is a nice one, and having in-unit W/D, AC, and a garage space makes it attractive at this price for folks who don’t mind a low floor.

  4. Fine, I’ll explain myself:

Baths are nice looking except the framed shower door in the hall bath, but the door bt primary and hall bathrooms is weird.

The best view in the unit is from the 2d bedroom.

The 3d bedroom is small for an office.

The maid’s room is solid as an office (except the bad track lighting), but it’s bad as a bedroom.

The kitchen is very mid and meh. I don’t hate painting old cabinets, but those look like they are *OLD*.

Using the pantry for the laundry room is bad enough; having the machines dropped in the middle of the room like its temporary.

    It ain’t 2559 sf.

It’s “fine”. I expect more at the ask.

  5. I always liked when units in this building are discussed on here. This one’s nice enough, and if it were “only” $1.15, would seem worth it, but man, it’s $4k/mo if you paid cash. That’s the mortgage payment (inclusive of taxes and insurance) on my (admittedly dumpy 1,450 sq ft) house. Maybe I’ve been out of a major city for too long, but that just seems nuts (especially without a doorman, outdoor pool, not great views, etc.).
