I would rather live in the rowhouse from yesterday. It didn’t have parking, but you wouldn’t have to deal with 3 other owners who might have different ideas on building upkeep.

I always wondered what the inside of this place looked like, looks like it could use an update, but for a nice spacious 3/2 on a nice street in old town ME LIKEY
I’d say it’s not selling because it’s overpriced. Great location and a cool building, but the unit itself is kind of bland. As I feared when I read it was a 1995 rehab, they sucked away any vintage charm the condo might have once had, and what you’re left with is a perfectly nice place with no character. Since that’s the case, why not pay $300,000 or so less for a similar-sized unit in one of the many “McCrapbox” 1990s or 2000s condo buildings in Lincoln Park/Lakeview?
You can’t find any 3/2’s with 2300 sqft built in the 90’s or later for 500k that aren’t duplex downs though…
pay 800k and put in another 200k, and you’re in it for a million. That’s why nobody is buying this
