They were barely ok 14 years ago, at $595k, in a brand new unit.
Now the refrigerator and the dishwasher need to be replaced soon, and range and microhood just suck.
At $860k, they should include a $10k giftcard to Abt to replace them all.
I give props for the fact that the kitchen cabs go all the way to the ceiling though. You don’t see enough of that in supposedly high end units.

Really dark
Lots of new listings, lots of listings priced with frothy-expectation that there’s a buyer willing to overpay for their particular home. this price here seems entirely unrealistic, perhaps owner is “just testing market”?

Speaking of vineyards, I just read an article that Status Vineyard buyers are really raping the land in Napa. Building everywhere, taking nutrients out of the soil, it’s becoming a big problem. Also, my friend worked at ABT out of college. Those salespeople make pretty good money. I thought it would be a retail job but you get clientele that only deal with you and you can make $100k or so a year.

Hate the exterior but the interior appears surprisingly homey considering it’s so new. Decent looking layout, though it seems a bit dark inside. And the location is unbeatable (IMO, anyway). I grew up around the block from here. Would love to be back in the neighborhood. But generally prefer vintage.
