  4. solid place, nothing else to say. totally would consider it if were in the market. I love having bitter cynical biting things to say about Chicago/IL real estate, but really nothing about that here!

  7. I looked in here years ago. Similar to this one, the condo I looked at was huge, had a nice layout but minimal vintage charm compared to similar buildings in Lakeview.

  8. Gee, $2000 a month above and beyond the mortgage payment, no in-unit laundry, no parking, no third bedroom.

No idea why this isn’t selling.

  9. Bizarre bed frame. But the unit is boring. The view is boring. The bathroom is hideous. No parking, no unit unit laundry. Probably good for a professional couple who don’t and won’t have kids so those things don’t matter.

  10. “4 per floor”

The listing says 2 per floor. They’re the one who got it wrong.

  12. Good friend lives here. It’s 2 per floor (this is the larger plan). They’ve got a fitness area upstairs and a decent grill set (will a pretty killer view), otherwise the amenities are non-existent. Surprised this doesn’t have in-unit as I think some do?

Friend paid under $270K for the 2br like 4 years ago and will definitely make a profit…
