This thing isn’t even 1000sf and was a 1+ den not a 2Br
Theres a baby changing station but no crib?
Looks like some Jr architect/ID was trying to show off their skilz
This is the perfect antidote for someone that wants to recreate their office look at home. This isn’t going to age well
This isn’t a bad space overall, just don’t see the current owner not losing money w/the renovation (assuming it’s as extensive as appears)
South loop is the best value per dollar in all of Chicago. Has been for a long time now.
Having a hard time with this list price. Its a nicely done and layout looks really well for its size, But in the area for that dollar can get you a bigger foot print, but you will be getting cookie cutter basic, but just a bit further south you can get bigger an better than basic for same list price, but it wont be as well finished as this place.
yeah a tough call on this.
Can you really miss the listing price by 20% and still be on the market after dropping $100K? I guess so.
And does the listing really say, bring your toothbrush and “quarantine in style”??? It. Does.
Overbuilt for the building and the location. 2 to 1 bed conversions are almost across the board a bad idea. Question is do you buy the garage spot? Do you prefer to get carjacked or bikejacked? https://youtu.be/FmQB26Ukiiw
@JohnnyU…I think it is just a really weird sink and not actually a baby changing station Lol.
Great finishes. I wonder why they are apparently now super motivated to skedaddle……is there a big special assessment coming down the pike? Why cut $100K off?
That video of absolutely no one helping that cyclist really pissed me off. When is that from?
