For really Skinny people only!
The location isn’t too bad despite being west of western; however, this is another one of those cram as many townhomes as you can into the smallest possible lot and the alleys are really the streets.
My neighbor had condo that was 1 bedroom, 1.1 bathroom with a second room that wasn’t really a bedroom but worked as a baby room, until her second child came along, so she and her husband rented that one out and bought one of these townhomes on the Fairfield side. Definitely a nice bonus having the park so close for their kids.
Regarding the interior: “Welcome to Buffalo Grove!”
I can touch both of the walls with my wingspan. Deal-breaker. Would never consider buying this place.
Nice place, nice location with the parks and decently priced even though it is narrow. I don’t think under $350,000 would be bad for it.
Like the backsplash and outdoor space.
