    I like this place, but I am skeptical they will get more than $2.5MM.

    Also, are my eyes deceiving me or is that a camera in the bathroom in Pic 24?

  3. Dream space and location, though the floor plan could have been thought out better. The living and dining room seems cramped for a property of this caliber. Removing the WIC off the main entry would open things up a lot. There’s also a lot of wasted bathroom space. The prominent wine cellar could be a turn off for some and would be better tucked away in the study or a closet.
