Very nice unit. I like the color scheme too. One major problem is the lack of views. I, personally, won’t buy a unit with no views, which is an essential feature of high-rise living IMO.

A total city view that stretches out to O’Hare airport and beyond?
A lake view?
A Lincoln Park/Grant Park/Millennium Park view?
Many city high rises have views simply of other buildings and the streetscape. That doesn’t count?
This unit is on the 10th floor. I would think the “city” view would be pretty nice from there- but you’re not going to have a sweeping view as if you were in Trump Tower or anything.

I’ve been in one of the other units in the building. These are really high-end units. The view aren’t anything spectacular. But it really feels like living in a single family home.
Very tasteful. Now, that is a proper nursery.

Sabrina, I like either lake views, skyline, or even unobstructed views. I just don’t like looking at other buildings as this unit does.
Unique space. Rally nice floor plan. Think that the agents brother lives in this building. Thought it might be his personal unit until I saw the nursery photos.they are from Ireland and the units have a very Euro feel.

Nothing is more annoying than the Euro immigrant who comes to America and dismisses his entire ancestral patrimony and takes up US hyper-consumerism and “on-trend” taste. Like being absorbed into the Borg.

Another Dream Apartment. Have always loved this building.
Taxes are reasonable for the price, though they may not stay that way, and the HOA is very reasonable for the space and the building.
Just one LITTLE quibble- if I could buy here, my first action on buying into this place would be to replace the tacky front door to the building, which is definitely not original, with a brass door that is a replica of the one that was surely there when the place was built. The front door looks like it came from Menard’s- does not belong on a beautiful building like this.
