    Looks like it might be the most expensive non-combined unit in the building *ever*. By $200k.

    This one had been listed for rent for $6,000/mo, which implies a value of ~$700k.

    Feels too steep for the building.

  2. Views are great, but I can’t imagine paying this much money and not having any private outdoor space.
