I’m not sure this building warrants $700+ month assessments. I don’t like standard ceiling heights either (8.5ft). I steer people towards 9ft and up, which are quickly becoming the new standard.
The outside of the building is just strange looking and the interior of the unit pictured is very dated/blah looking. It already looks like it needs to be redone.
