Yes, as JU noted, and heat.
Reason is about space in the ceiling/not wanting to put in a giant soffit/bulkhead to hide it.
Kitchen/baths and price history say that the reno was in 2004–another bubble casualty here. Aug-04 + CPI = $510k, which this place isn’t close to even with a full update to current trend finishes.
Ask is bang on the Apr-15 sale + CPI, and onlyslightly behind Feb-22 + CPI. Had to believe that $384 psf is appropriate, tho.

$345 psf (if 1200 is accurate) + CPI = $360 psf, which isn’t too far off ask, esp when you allocate some of the price to the storage.

What listings? There are 170 properties available in Lakeview right now. It’s so low citywide, I’m expecting to see sales under 1000 in January.
Interesting: two out of three units in the links have prominent piano’s or keyboards. Is this a musicians building?
