Ravenswood Vintage Beauty with Skylights: 4431 N. Paulina
Imagine if they built this greystone at 4431 N. Paulina in Ravenswood today? What would it cost to build these units with beamed ceilings and built in dining room cabinets?
This 3-bedroom unit has built-ins galore but an updated kitchen that proves you can still have vintage with the modern amenities.
It also has two of my favorite features: a woodburning fireplace and skylights.
Marlene Granacki at Re/Max Exclusive Properties has the listing.

I love this unit! This is exactly the kind of place I plan to buy when I am ready. The built ins are amazing.
The MLS says the AC is zoned. Assessment includes heat.
I agree with megc. This building is awesome and I really like the area. I doubt my first property will be a 400k one but this is one truly spectacular unit in a great area.
That place is fantastic.
I’d love to find a two-bedroom like that for under $350,000.
Amazing unit in terms of aesthetics. I never been around that neighborhood so I cannot make a judgement in value. What is rent for units like that in the area?

Back on the market for 434.9K.
Already under contract, there’s something to be said about non-cookie cutter properties that are unique but not weird.
