  1. They’ve been working on this building for a while. Still don’t have all of the windows in.

The pictures are of a unit in a different building (except for the city view pic take from the unit’s terrace).

  2. Thanks for the info D. Interesting that they’re actively marketing the reduced price when they don’t have the windows in (it looked like they did from the El when I rode by, however, but I could be wrong). I’ll be watching it to see how it plays out.

  3. most of the windows are in, but not all (a couple in the back, and a few on the ground floor). it is across the street from the EL, which is blocked by other buildings, other than the Midas a few units over.

  4. Given houses in LP of this size list for 2.5MM, half of a big LP house doesn’t seem like a bad deal for 730k.

  6. This place is substantially more attractive than other new condos. I don’t quite believe $730K for it, or $698K, but it is beautiful.

    How about $500K?

  7. Developer is Centerstone. or should i say was….Centerstone filed for Chapter 7 last month. this project is probably now controlled by a lender. Also got sued by one of their hard money lenders for fraud a while back. http://www.chicagobusiness.com/cgi-bin/news.pl?id=28446 There have been a string of agents listing their properties one after another. to me the units seem really tiny
