Test of the Spring Market Was Successful for 907 S. Miller
In April, we chattered about whether this 3-bedroom duplex down at 907 S. Miller in the University Park/Tri-Taylor neighborhood would finally sell after nearly 2 years on the market and several reductions.
The answer is “yes.”
See our prior chatter here.
The unit closed for slightly under the 2004 purchase price, however.

Not a great deal imo
Boring McCondos in sketchy neighborhoods are not worth this much.
I’d say no more than $325k.
Actually Andy the guessing game is over as it already sold and the settlement price is described above.
Might have been bought by a suburban dad for his kid attending UICC, with intent of filling remaining two bedrooms with other rent-paying kids to service mortgage.
