I think this is a pretty unimpressive space. The living/kitchen area seems small, the family room with huge windows looking into a cement hole make it even more obvious you are living in the basement and the master bedroom has awesome views of your cinder block garage. This unit not selling isn’t a reflection of a not hot market but of its suckiness.
