I wonder if this is really a short sale or just a gimmick to get someone to make an offer. Either way, the market has spoken: this place is overpriced.
I like it, if it had just a little bit more square footage, it’d be a deal at that price, that location, a Michigan Ave. address, etc.

More CMK design type garbage; at that price??? You need to drop it to $295K and then maybye it might get a look.
They’ve based their price on comparables to nearby building like the Avenue Tower II and that new building on 14th/Michigan, both of which are steps from this building (you can see Tower II on the pictures). This part of South Michigan has changed a LOT in the last few months… there’s going to be some plastic/cosmetic surgery place and a “health-type” food place on that new building in 14th/Michigan. Ha-ha, the shops that follow rich people… I want a McDonald’s.
