Having lived in a 1968 high rise on the North Side for many years, I see a lot of familiar pieces with this one, and I’m sure the building would have many of the same annoying features. Windows that slam shut on a windy day, for instance. Unable to set temperature inside my own unit.
Nice view, though, and the price is pretty good. You get a lot for your money. I like that parking is included in the assessment.

A 1968 building is a 1968 building, no matter where you build it. What was “in” was built in all of those buildings. That’s why many don’t have in-unit washer/dryers. That’s why the layouts are all pretty much the same. That’s why they even look the same on the outside.
The same will be true 50 years from now about the buildings being built now. They all are pretty much the same, with the same features.
Completely agree, Sabrina.
