  2. this is too far into the south loop for me, and the apartment building across the street is g-h-e-t-t-o.

    I looked at a 1 bedroom rental in this building a while back, and it was beautiful, but as i was waiting outside for the owner, the kids across the street were hollering and calling me ‘kumar’ and the older gentleman walking his dog ‘grandpa’. they then proceeded to blast souljaboy from their parked car. not the type of scenery i want as i step outside.

    at this price point you’ve got a lot of great units in the south loop , and you’d be a lot better off living a block over on michigan or a few blocks north. just my .02

  4. Until the Long Grove House gets shut down, this area will not flourish. Property values already drop drastically once you cross 18th.
