Beautiful place that hits a couple major grace notes: w/d, central air. Heat is included in your assessments which is a huge plus considering the volume of the space you’d have to heat during the cold months. Parking: at least it’s available for a price, but if you worked downtown I imagine the car would sit idle most of the time. What’s not to like?
I don’t like the idea of paying $300k and not having a second bathroom…nor do I like the lack of a bath tub in the one bathroom.

Cool, spacious place, but seems terribly impractical. Do people who live here just never have anyone overnight–no friends from the alma mater, no siblings yearning for a night in the city, not even the occasional BFF who drank too much and needs to sleep it off? Yes, there are a plethora of hotels nearby, but oftentimes that’s rude to insist upon. Or perhaps people who buy this type of place are just not all that warm and loving.

Nice place and a good price. The realtor should probably know better than to list Jones College Prep high school. Buying this place won’t get you in there any more than buying a place in Old Town will get you into Walter Payton.
