  3. Hey, look, it another place that’s going up in price. Real estate is still going up!

    Of course, it’s gone down in real dollar terms and probably was also a nominal dollar loss for the seller (after realtor fees and closing expenses).

  4. Good square footage for the price (which is also decent) but what are the monthly costs? IIRC the assessments are pretty high due to the heating/cooling costs.

  5. so this takes it back to 2003 pricing and sets the comps at that level. Would have been cheaper to rent…
