I have never seen such a great yard in this neighborhood at this price point.
Someone will be willing to pay a premium for it, particularly after living through shelter-in-place.

I walked by this today and the yard really isn’t that big. It’s also on the side, not the back. The opposite side of that fence is Racine. Not sure if it’s just the angle of the pictures or what, but the bushes seem way more lush than they did in person. Could easily see through them from the street (and I didn’t stop, I didn’t realize it was the listed unit until I was past the yard, I thought it was one of the other ones with the yard in the back.
There used to be a gas station on this property when I was a kid in the late 70’s / early 80’s. Before that the Milwaukee Road tracks ran right through this development. I think that ended in ’73.
Across the street (now townhomes) was a factory that built football helmets if I recall correctly.
These are looking pretty decent compared to lakeview split face crap shacks of the aughts (and 20s!!)
