  1. Ukie Village, not WP.

    Don’t even know why the realtor would think WP is preferable at this point.

  2. Stylish pad. Very masculine. Shame about that view. That glass wall would be awesome if you could frost it with the press of a button.

  3. question on the furnishing–it’s not entirely clear from the listing if the furniture is included in the ask. I read it as “included in ask”, but not 100% sure.

  4. It looks like a trendy extended stay hotel. Front desk, large breakfast area, business center, weirdly non-private room… smells of ceder and tobacco
    I would not stay there.

  5. Looks cool, but that living/dining/kitchen area seems very small, and the bedroom reminds me of this: https://newsfeed.time.com/2013/03/25/tilda-swinton-slept-in-a-glass-box-at-the-museum-of-modern-art/

  7. Not one but two shots of the nearly empty roll of TP. But cool place.

    This place really is attractive, and would be perfect were it not for those exposed furnace ducts.

  9. Remember this unit?

    Now listed at $499,000. Just went under contract.

  10. “Taxes of $4783”

    Now = $5788.

    Parking is a LCE, so, while it could be separated from the unit, it would have to go to another unit owner–not a big market.
