    You can easily rent for less than the monthly nut and save the 20% DP. Hell the current owners are renting it for $2500/mo

    ’09 price + CPI = $501k

    Looks like they replaced the kitchen appliances and the carpet, but this is otherwise basically ’99 original, right?

    As is typical, the FP really has a negative effect on the usability of the LR.

    Granted you’re the appliance expert, but the appliances look no different than circa 2000

    HW Floors need a good refinishing

    Could be right. Hard to tell with those pix–esp with the d/w. But based on the pix, think they replaced the fridge, range and micro–they look almost identical to currently available GE by Haier appliances.

    I think this 1/1 has more typical ss appliances for the original era:
