At any rate, always interesting to me how different agents market the same properties. New pics do a better job of showing off the space of the place, and I agree w/Sabrina the greenery gives it some nice “life,” but they do seem strangely dark (although the old ones were overexposed and too bright).
I would like to know what’s included in that Assoc. fee though. . .

I think it’s a cute place though for the price (or a bit less), am I wrong? I like the unique layout and it does have a semi-private feel to it that a condo lacks.
