Nice, but they must need to stand on the counter in order to get some of those copper pans down.
Wonderful space, and I think parking is available next door. Still, it’s a big drawback to pay $1 mln and have no parking come along with it, despite how easily walkable this neighborhood is.
HOA is surprisingly low for such a unit. So are property taxes. Might be a deal at the current price.
PS – I played on the playground in this building in 1977, when I had a first grade friend who lived here. Haven’t been in it since.

I think it’s a bit overpriced, though.
Really a nice place with a bit of history. Great to have the terraces! I really like the layout, it heralds back to the time of live in help and that bedroom off of the kitchen would most probably have been the “maids quarters”. So what if property taxes go up, that’s certainly not unique to this property but true of most Chicago real estate deals today.
