This building has some excellent units (IMO). 1203 is really outstanding IMO.
The penthouse here was sold in 2019 and at the time needed a bit of updating. But that said I can only imagine how amazing it is today.

Nice enough for the price, but I would have gone more contemporary/modern than transitional considering building architecture. Assessments aren’t too bad for the age.
