  8. Location is amazing and these units are rarely available – – or at least since this the first one this size I have seen hit the market in some time. No wonder it is contingent. I have noticed this part of this complex where the units have a basement, is full of kids. Great place to raise a family. Big deal that you have to walk across a courtyard to get to your garage. A little inconvenient in inclement weather….but then again in that instance you can through on the blinkers, double park in front of your place and unload the groceries through the front. I would 100% consider this block for a unit like this.
