Gorgeous apartment and building. Surprise led to see a Harris O’Brien kitchen at this price point. Wish there were better pics of it.
Classy unit in a beautiful building. The lack of parking hurts, and so does lack of a fireplace. But at least there’s in-unit W/D.
I’m pretty sure this will go near the asking price considering the building and location. Probably would make a good weekend place for a rich couple.
