This seems like a really low price per sq. foot for a recently renovated home. I’ve never seen that many parking spots in the gold coast. What am I missing here? Does everyone really want to live in the burbs so badly that we are listing homes for this low??

At the end of the day its still an “alley-house”. The snobs will not be impressed.
