  1. “on the Lakeview/Lincoln Park border.”

Sensationalistic lead aside, it does look like somebody could get a pretty good deal.

  2. The lack of a garage space kinda sucks, but I like it, and think it will sell at $350K.

  3. It has two parking spots in a heated garage and a storage unit in the garage… I don’t know what you mean about lack of garage space

  4. What a surprise, another brown living room. Someone wake me up when everyone on earth stops painting their walls “touch of crap” brown or putting their freaking kids name on the wall in giant letters.

  5. Hey, that’s my condo. Neat.

@lizla – The living room is definitely brown; I lobbied for black and white zebra stripes, but the wife vetoed the choice. No kids names on the walls, though. Point!

@JP – The parking spots are in a large shared garage under the building. No window scraping!

@anonny – Someone will definitely get a good deal. Come by and check it out!

Thanks for checking and answering some of the questions about your unit Mike.

  7. nice. the best thing about this condo may be its location across the street from Powell’s used book store, which iirc is also for sale (sigh).

The current ask of $379k adj for inflation is nearly equal to the non-bubble 97 ipo price, so that might entice a bidder.

  8. About parking, I assumed they were outdoor spots. My fault. I think this place is appropriately priced. Good luck with the sale Mike!

  9. And it’s in a good school district, right? And if they don’t want public, St. Al’s is just up the street.

Oh yeah, and the Discovery Center for “adult education.”
