The location is so-so, very far from the Fulton Market hip $cene. That Racine stop on the blue line is probably not that safe now under the BLM “pigs in a blanket, fry ’em like bacon” and anti-white era Lightfoot has ushered in.
So, I see units like this, in this location, and it’s obvious the buyer is not going to be on the fast track to a $1.8MM SFH in Roscoe Village or Lake View, otherwise they’d be in a more socially acceptable location earlier on.
You have to fear for some of these people, because they could fall into the urban trap of letting time fly-by, they get into their habits, and if they are below average in looks, start getting obese, etc. (Sabrina reminds us that half are below average by definition), they could very well end up alone. The city can do this to people, we all know it. Some of these people might have been better off living in Dubuque IA than a 1 bd in the far West Loop near the blue line.
These building have alot more people smoking weed now that it’s promoted by JB Pritzker and legal, the smell in the hallways…
