wow… does this flipper own a custom casework company? It might be underpriced indeed, but that is definitely NOT a chef’s kitchen… no chef’s kitchen has an electric stove with a ventless microwave above… I like the windows in the master, though…
This could spark a bidding war since it does indeed seem “underpriced” if you are not in need of a car or able to secure reasonably priced rental parking nearby….meaning that the winner of said bidding war will pay the right price for this.
This turns fairly often so I am wondering if noise between units is an issue?
