  1. I like it but Sandburg is not for everyone…

  2. Pretty nice, thank goodness they didn’t grey it completely out. I think this one looks better in the pictures than it does in person. I had that issue with a few homes I looked at recently.

  3. Other than the “solarium”, there are very few windows. Ceilings look very low. Finishes are nice, but nothing spectacular.

$915k seems like quite a stretch.

  4. Quite the flip. I think this is a big stretch. So many options at this price point. They did do a nice job it seems.

  6. This place would be right up my alley. I agree the price is a stretch, but the hoa is remarkably cheap. My biggest issue with buying there would be all the renters at Sandburg.

  7. Cool place! I wonder how Sandburg will be received by millennials. My guess is not very well. I’m half way intrigued by semi privacy of all the common grounds and amenities, even if it seems like it’s laid out like a retirement community.

Location seems awesome as you are close walking to Wells, North Ave and the Viagra triangle area.

  8. @GoneFishin – -the townhome units seem pretty insulated from all of the renters which I have to believe are almost all in the towers. My guess is it really isn’t an issue. Most of the townhomes that I have seen here have been owner occupied for much longer than typical for this day and age, which is anecdotal evidence in support of it being a great location and the preponderance of nearby renters not impacting one’s own quite enjoyment of the premises.
