  1. For triple the price of 2006 (when the market was near peak) whoever listed this must hope for a unicorn buyer.

  2. I think that the current owner paid 1M for the lot with an old structure back in 2006.
    They probably spent at least 1M to build this home after that purchase.
    They probably spent at least 200K to upgrade the home to its current state.
    They probably enjoyed their time in the nabe, and the kids are off to collegeā€¦
