Looking for a 4-Bedroom $1.1 Million Ukrainian Village Condo? 927 N. Damen
This 4-bedroom duplex up new construction condo at 927 N. Damen in Ukrainian Village came on the market in May 2019.
This is a 3-unit new construction building with a 3-car garage built by Halcyon. The 3-unit building next door was built at the same time by the same developer. They appear to have separate HOAs.
At 3,670 square feet, this top floor unit has more square footage than some single family homes.
It has grey hardwood floors throughout with 8 foot solid core doors.
The kitchen, which is on the main floor along with the living and family rooms, has 2-toned cabinets, a planked side island, quartz counter tops and black hardware.
It also has a professional grade appliance package.
The master bathroom has a double shower, heated floors and a heated towel bar.
Two of the bathrooms are on the main floor and two of the bedrooms are on the second floor.
There’s a private rooftop deck with downtown skyline views.
It has the other features buyers look for including central air, washer/dryer in the unit and 1-car garage parking.
This is the last unit available in this building.
Originally listed in May 2019 for $1,099,000, it’s currently listed at $1.1 million.
Are million dollar condos the future of Ukrainian Village?
Samantha Porter at Jameson Sotheby’s has the listing. See the pictures here (no floor plan though).

Nice place but I’m having a hard time imagining someone paying this much to live on Damen in UKV. I wonder what the 30k designer credit gets you. Furniture? Window treatments?
Also, the tile installer didn’t do a great job with that dark penny tile on the wall above the tub (pic 13). You’re not suppose to see the outline of the sheets of tile when installed.
Not sure who the target market for a Mil+ 4 bedroom unit in a top floor of three flat on Damen in UKV is. Is this for families? Or just an entrepreneurial frat boy looking to rent out their bedrooms to friends? What bachelor wants a four bedroom condo?
My kids would utterly destroy those finishes in a few weeks time. The local park is two blocks away which is close, but it’s got a tiny playground and a sad looking baseball diamond. The Columbus elementary serving the area seems decent for CPS but still seems a bit substandard for the requirements of a family purchasing a million dollar condo.
To the nay-sayers, it looks like the same unit at 925 N. Damen sold for $1.1 in May 2019…
That’s gorgeous shower but where will the Aesop bath products go? I don’t see a shelf.
“elementary serving the area”
Isn’t this the attendance area for Near North Montessori?
“My kids would utterly destroy those finishes in a few weeks time.”
Good thing you don’t have to rely on the affordable housing options in the city, then, as they’d probably have lead poisoning from the chipping paint.

Well, then don’t let your kid eat paint chips. I also didn’t have to lock under my kitchen or bathroom sink either because my kids never tried to drink bleach.

You can’t stop your kids from “utterly destroy[ing] finishes” in mere weeks. How can one hope to keep their kids from anything?
