  1. Cute for sure…but…if you put nothing down you could think of this as a 1-br, zero amenities, no parking, coin laundry (this is Chicago, so that is the hallmark of renting), for $3100/mo including taxes and insurance.

    Definitely a pied a terre for someone with a primary residence elsewhere and who isn’t on a tight budget….in which case it is perfect. 🙂

  2. $1200 HOA with no parking, no central air, no in-unit. This should rent for that damn. Crazy overpriced imo.
