This is really East Village (like in East Ukrainian Village). Do others see that as a useful distinction? Sabrina apparently does not.
Where is the fridge?
I love that open style of garage. The rest is ok, not a fan of lofts. Agree it would be a great place to raise a kid, depending on the neighborhood school. I bought my first house over there for less then $75k so I can’t get my head around this price point. To me, this area is still arandas, Pizza Hut and Kmart.
The garage is my favorite part of this place. I’d just want to live in the parking spaces and rent out the loft with its lack of counter space and cabinets and fridge in the kitchen.
