    someone ran it through a Case Converter but instead of using Sentence Case they choose Upper Case.

  5. This is a Nice Place, but the Assessments are Very High for a One Bedroom without Parking or a Doorman.

    Gold Coast pricing in Lakeview.

    I would say the same but… I live in Boystown and the number of $1Million+ condos (CONDOS!) that have sold nearby recently is insane.

  6. Man, if you didn’t require a formal dining room, you could make the dining room you dining/living area and make the current living area a den/guest bedroom pretty easily.
