Another kitchen sink window – nice. I would imagine this place lives well. Bummer to not get a pool for those assessments.
There’s a lot of potential here, but unfortunately I dont think its worth the effort.
No laundry, high assesments/lack of ammenities, Window AC, no lake view and a jack n jill bath off the MBR are substantial hurdles at the monthly nut. If a family buys this they’re trading a lot of convenience for space

With some warm paint and backsplash tile in the kitchen this place feels “homey.”

Ugh – second floor – no thanks. Busy street and I want to be higher up. No doorman is a drawback, and this building doesn’t allow in-unit W/D last I checked.
Assessments actually seem fair to me for vintage, especially considering the low tax and parking costs. But I’m with others here on lack of amenities and view. I do like the building and would consider a high-floor unit, especially if they ever allow W/D. Which is doubtful.
