  1. Another kitchen sink window – nice. I would imagine this place lives well. Bummer to not get a pool for those assessments.

  2. There’s a lot of potential here, but unfortunately I dont think its worth the effort.

No laundry, high assesments/lack of ammenities, Window AC, no lake view and a jack n jill bath off the MBR are substantial hurdles at the monthly nut. If a family buys this they’re trading a lot of convenience for space

Is that an elevator shaft running thru the middle of this unit?

  3. With some warm paint and backsplash tile in the kitchen this place feels “homey.”

  6. Ugh – second floor – no thanks. Busy street and I want to be higher up. No doorman is a drawback, and this building doesn’t allow in-unit W/D last I checked.

  7. Assessments actually seem fair to me for vintage, especially considering the low tax and parking costs. But I’m with others here on lack of amenities and view. I do like the building and would consider a high-floor unit, especially if they ever allow W/D. Which is doubtful.
