  1. The property tax FRAUD on this one.

These folks need to put the crack pipe down….

The only “feng shui” placement of the bed is exactly how they have it.

  2. Absolutely beautifully designed condo. I like how everything in the kitchen is so well hidden. It’s a bit too dark/masculine for my tastes.

But, do you want to spend so much on a unit in this building? Next higheat listing I saw was $899K. Why are there three condo associations?

Well, that is some nice carpet.

“But, do you want to spend so much on a unit in this building?”

So you can dodge strollers and small children in the lobby all day? We spent hours there for pediatrician appointments. It’s several blocks to get to anything else to do. An underpass to access the lakefront would have been nice to have there.

I’m with Lauren. I don’t know what it is like for everyday use, but the fact that the stove, oven, microwave and fridge are all hidden makes the kitchen an amazing space.

  5. AV = $440k. Ridiculous.

    20-Year Property Tax Bill History
    Tax Year 2002:$5,995.52
    Tax Year 2021:$8,178.11
    Difference:+ $2,182.59
    Percent Change:+ 36.40%

    Ridiculous.

Taxpayer is still listed as the ’98 seller.
