86% of the original asking price. Is that the new norm in Albany Park?
Joe,
Ravenswood Manor ends at Sacramento to the West.
Welcome to Chicago.
My video is shot east of Sacramento. I know where Ravenswood Manor ends and so noted in my neighborhood list:

Sabrina’s the one who placed Whipple in RM, not me.
Welcome to accuracy and attention to detail.
Buy now or be priced out forever!
Sabrina, I think you should start demanding a percentage of Joe’s rake for his constant shilling on your site.
Georgian?
Are you from Chicago?
Dan,
Sabrina got the boundaries wrong, not me. My video’s in RM, Whipple isn’t.
“Georgian 2-Flat”
Maybe there’s a style of Georgian architecture that I’m not familiar with? My definition fits with Wikipedia’s:

so the answer is no.
Where are the comments on the blue walls? At least mine were a lighter shade!
the white cooking-range is the problem

sorry i never got past the 5 different types of face brick.
Sold Gary! Really nice, large home 2 units. Buyers already have renters lined up for the first floor.
This thing will be back on the market in 18mo and is headed straight to 200k
