  4. I worked in the building recently on a mid 30’s floor and the views are nothing short of spectacular, even better higher up I’d imagine. Seems like a reasonable price.

  5. I really had high hopes for the Park monroe after i read/saw/imagined the roof top courtyard that the second floor PH’s opened up to.

    saw some floor plans on the website this summer and was disappointed in the mccrapbox mentality they went with.
    got greedy and tried to jam as many east facing units as possible.

    well if you can get them to include the parking at $2500 for a good view. it seems not that bad.

  6. The oven and microwave built into the wall without cabinetry just looks odd. I’d prefer the oven be built in under the gas cook top and the micro in the island.

  9. wow! Overpaid in August and then a few months later offers dramatically cheap rent. This should be renting for over 3K/month. Someone likes burning money.
