A 3 bedroom unit has just been reduced at 1111 S. Wabash in the South Loop. Developed by the Gammonley Group in 2005, the 34 story building was one of the first new high rises to be built during the South Loop boom.
Is this a steal? It is the cheapest 3 bedroom for sale in the building.
Unit #1608: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1300 square feet
- I can’t find an original sales price. Could it be that the developer still owns this unit?
- Currently listed for $399,000
- The listing says “free parking”- but I don’t know if that means the parking space is included in the price or not
- Assessment of $400 a month

Unit #2008, also a 3 bedroom 2 bath, is currently listed for $459,000 (also can’t tell if that includes the parking or not.) The listing says it is 1200 square feet. Pointer Real Estate has the listing.

Hey,
This unit needs a coat of paint and some new appliances but for the price, not bad. I can’t believe it is a 1300 sq ft 3 bedroom? Incredible that they squeeze 3 bedrooms in there. From the pics, it looks like 1 of the bedrooms (with the wood floors) could serve as an office or a formal dining room.
I would guess that 3BR in 1300 sq ft comes at the expense of closet space.
