Projector + 2 chairs, in an non light controlled alcove = home theater? I see curtains for the windows (a plus) but wide open to the living room, which would mean no movies during the day, which hurts for those Sunday afternoon viewing sessions.

OK I’ll be the first…there ARE some very interesting, nice, unique (and I take it expensive) pieces of furniture hidden in that cluster f**k. The only problem is that they are all thrown in together in such a way that you really can’t see the details on them at all. If it were not so busy, so jammed in, you just might find some….uummm…beauty in there….somewhere.
While I am big on interior design and decoration, my ‘trained eye’ is totally failing to see the ‘styles’ that the agent mentioned in the different rooms. It just does not make any sense at all!
Really though, does the seller, and worse, the agent REALLY expect to find a buyer or even ANY interest in this mess? You cannot even focus your eyes on any interior features to see exactly what the million dollars is going to get you.
I am thinking there will be a trailer park mega millions winner who will walk into this place and be totally like “This is the place I have been looking for all my life” and will proceed to pay the full asking price in cash IF all those fabulous pieces of furniture come with the house.
