  1. Gorgeous. I really want to see the one on the third floor though.

  2. I loved this porch in the spring/summer. In the winter not so much. Plus how do they maintain that exposed hardwood? Looks like a chore.

  3. Really nice place. With unemployment soaring and the stock market down down almost 50% this year, I don’t see much of a demand for this type of place. Places like this aren’t being sold with the 30yr treasury at 3.74%(lowest since 1977)? Sell anywhere you can before rates surge.

  4. Jobless claims and continuing claims were just released and are pretty much at their highest level since 1982. The seller should hit any offer that comes in.

  5. They had their chance to get out. They tried being cute and making a profit. Now they are going to eat it.

  6. That deep north facing porch is going to make whatever rooms face onto it extra dark.

  7. The top floor is the unit to have in this building. Those covered balconys/porches are light killers.

  8. What happened to the recent post about the 708 W. Barry unit that went back on the market in a year?

It wasn’t a year, it was a month. I’m guessing the “owner”, who posted on the prior thread about it, complained about something.
