Kind of a mishmash of different styles but that might be due to the furniture more than the permanent design elements. It’s a lot of space with a good layout, so I’d guess it sells close to ask.

TBF, it is an extra thing built on the roof of an existing building, and thus consistent with the M-W definition:
1 a: a shed or roof attached to and sloping from a wall or building
b: a smaller structure joined to a building : ANNEX
2 : a structure or dwelling on the roof or top floor of a building

I actually kind of like this place… if I were to do the loft lifestyle again it would be a top choice

Agree…I like this place but not a fan of any of the furniture and it takes away from the space. Thankfully, it goes. The lighting is a bit of a mess as well.
Very nice find. Pricy but they might get it.
