  4. Good location if you like the Cubs. Interesting aesthetic. Not for me, though, but I’m not a loft fan. Like the deck.

  5. I like their updates. Great space overall but not a fan of the fact that guests practically walk through the primary bed to get to the deck and would have to in order to use the rest room on that floor. Property tax and interest rate hikes have not been kind to this place since 2016. I cannot imaging putting 50% down and still paying $4500/mo. I wouldn’t want to be this close to Wrigley but that is just a personal preference.
