Bucktown seems to be one of the few city neighborhood that has embraced the modern architectural style. It doesn’t seem out of place to see concrete and glass homes next to stately brick rowhouses in that neighborhood.
Question is, how well do they sell compared to the workers cottages and Victorians in that neighborhood?
