Appears the ’86 price was $57,000.
The kitchen here is nicer than the prior feature, and it’s on the penthouse floor, but with only one bath and considerably smaller…can anyone justify +25% over 809-#2?

They should’ve mentioned proximity to El Nuevo, around the corner on Clark. I’d estimate we’ve had dinner there 100 times.
The first thing that comes to mind when I hear ‘dream condo’ and 2952 N. Halsted is “Contradiction in terms.”
